"Worth every dollar!"

Duy and his team are professional, resourceful, honest and hardworking. Pricing is transparent and competitive. My husband and I do not prioritize yard work at all, and our yards were in neglect (massive weeds as tall as adults, aggressively overgrown ivy, moss overgrowth on brick backyard, list goes on!) Duy was highly responsive and provided a clear, competitive quote within a day and was able to book us within a week. His team (team Fernando!) completely transformed our front lawn and backyard - clearly communicating with us on our needs throughout the project. Work was done cleanly, on time and exceeded our expectations. We look forward to using Lee's for monthly yard work maintenance needs - highly recommend!

We've been using Lee's for several years now and they are absolutely amazing to work with! When we first started looking, they were the most reasonably priced as well as had compelling reviews. We have them do 2-3 major clean-ups a year and each time they finish we are always left impressed. We have also had them remove some bushes and grind some stumps, as well as other projects which they did a wonderful job on. I would highly recommend using them for all of your lawn care needs and projects!

"Great job removing ivy!"

I hired this contractor to remove a lot of ivy from the backyard (and also a bit from the house and garage). What they basically did was to clear the yard of everything, which is fine with me as that was certainly the fastest, and possibly the best, way to remove so much ivy which was everywhere. They did a great job. Fast, efficient, prompt, professional, and at a reasonable price for the amount of work done. I recommend them unreservedly.

They did a patio for me. It was a really simple process. Lee is very responsive and to the point. He gave us a quote and scheduled the work. The workers came and got to work fairly independently. The project ran a few days over but it was really well done. We were very happy with the whole process and would consider hiring Lee's company again.

Lee's is a fantastic yard and water-system company. We had them come first to fix a busted PVC pipe which they did rapidly and then just recently to do a massive yard clean up. The crew were professional, friendly and conscientious- making sure we were all on the same page with what we wanted. Before leaving they double checked that we were satisfied with their work- they actually did a bit extra for us. Totally pleasant experience and we will have them regularly work on our property.

"Stunning landscape transformation!"

We hired Lee and his team to replace our broken front steps, broken pathway, and transform our dusty, weed-ridden front slope into a beautiful landscape. He asked what we were looking for and gave some recommendations for plants and materials. Upon hearing our desire for native NW plants and tall grasses that would be drought resistant, he also suggested a dry riverbed as a design element. We loved the idea. Within a few weeks, his team arrived and worked painstakingly for 5 days. We loved his team - they were all so kind and experts in their craft. First they completed the stairs and pathway, then they finished with the landscape. Our first impression of the riverbed was that it was too large, but we quickly adjusted to its striking presence. We can't wait to see how the landscape will fill out as the plants mature. It would have been helpful to receive some sketches or mockups of the proposed design to help align our expectations, but in the end we are very happy with the end result. After the work was completed, we hired his team to add a sprinkler system as well. We absolutely love our front landscaping. It brings us joy as we leave/arrive our home every day. Worth every penny.

We tried to do the responsible thing and get multiple quotes for the work in our postage stamp backyard. But most of the landscapers and contractors we contacted wanted nothing to do with such a small job. Mr. Lee not only sent someone out right away, but when we had more questions he came out himself to answer them. He asked a lot of questions to make sure he understood our (OK, my wife's) vision for the space, then provided several helpful suggestions. His estimates and invoices were clear and easy to understand, and he responded promptly to any questions or concerns. When his team showed up to start the work, they also had some great ideas from other yards they have worked on. The work took a week, during which everyone involved was helpful and friendly. When the work was done, his team made sure we were completely happy before they packed up their equipment, and Mr. Lee called to make sure we were happy before sending the final invoice. The work is exceptional quality, and they even fixed several issues I was just prepared to deal with due to the odd shape of our yard. 11/10, I will definitely call on Mr. Lee again when we need more yard work! After the first day, they had dug up our weedy, unmowed backyard and leveled the dirt. 6 days later!

The team at Lee's is stellar. You'll find a crew of respectful, patient, communicative experts, who complete jobs on time and on budget. We recently bought a new construction home with minimal landscape and dire need of hardscaping. We contracted Lee's for fencing, excavation, regrading, and to build a retaining wall, expand a patio, and create a mix concrete/gravel walkway from the front of our home to the back. We did this across 3-4 separate projects and each time the work was complete on time, or under time, and with great care for our belongings and personal space. They not only helped us achieve the vision we brought to them, but they up-leveled it each time. We'll continue to use Lee's for annual maintenance and any future projects at this home or the next!

Hassle free. Requested a quote via Yelp. They came out quickly and provided an estimate for removing 2 trees, cleaning up weeds and putting down mulch. I forgot to get back to them, about 2 months passed and they came out again to provide another quote. Tiny increase due to more weed growth. After confirming the job, they worked around my tenant's schedule and came the following week. Great job. Good value. Would use them again.

I've hired Lee's General Landscaping several times and I have been thoroughly impressed with their work every time. Just this year, I hired them to install a retaining wall and not only did the job exceed my expectations, but they were also quick to meet for an estimate and I was able to schedule the job the following week. Last month, I hired them again for a big yard cleanup where they pruned overgrown shrubs, removed ivy, a massive amount of weeds, pruned a huge laurel hedge and they did it in one day and the yard looks so much better. They always make sure the customer is happy with the job and I really appreciate that they take pride in their work and want to make certain the customer is satisfied.

We had a pretty serious mud pit in the backyard thanks to the animals and birds digging for grubs and worms. The "before" photos don't quite do it justice. I treated for grubs and tried to seed it before the weather turned and didn't get a result I was happy with. After reaching out to a handful of different contractors to have new sod installed, I hired Lee's. The project price was in my budget and the timing fit great with my schedule. I'm really pleased. In the 9+ years I've owned this house, the yard has never looked so good. I'm keeping Lee's number handy for future work.

This is the second time I've had a yard cleanup done by Lee's, and I can't praise them enough. It's easy to make an appointment with Duy by phone or email, and he sticks to his estimate. I have a shared driveway, which means restrictions on what the crew can do with their truck and equipment, and not block my neighbors. The crew from Lee's was great about accommodating these restrictions, showed up on time, and did their work really efficiently. Our yard looks great. Duy and his guys did a terrific job on my very big pre-home sale yard clean up. I've had a lot of bad luck and indifferent service from yard work companies in Seattle, and this experience was a complete 360. Even though the work ended up being more than they bargained for, they stuck to the original quote, and I could not be happier with the job they did. I will certainly use this company again, and have no hesitation in recommending them!

These guys did an absolutely amazing job. Getting the estimate was a breeze, the communication was pretty easy and straightforward. They were very thorough with great recommendations on what areas needed attention in preparation to sell our home that we wouldn't have even thought of. They did just great work the price was competitive and they got everything done in pretty swift time. The beds all look amazing after extensive cleanups and trimming and the lawn is more beautiful than ever after careful reshaping of the whole back and new sod in the front and back as well.
