The estimate process was easy, Duy came by to chat and work up some options and costs and helped refine my original plan and we put down a small deposit to guarantee our slot. Duy wasn’t pushy at all to do it “his way,” and helped offer options and let me choose for myself with the cost information.
They dropped by again closer to the project to refine the details and set the plan. We paid half up front, and off they went. It was a lot of work and the project took 8 days total.
The crew arrived around the same time most of the days and worked hard for the full day. Keep in mind it’s contracting so if you need to know more specific timing on a specific day you need to ask. For instance on one or two days they arrived later after picking up materials/tools. Any time I had a question I texted Duy and he was able to provide the info I needed.
It was good I was working virtual and around most days since a few key preference questions came up that would have been difficult to nail down up front. The crew leader Santiago was fantastic at ensuring we gave him the inputs he needed as we went, and always followed through accurately. I imagine if you can’t be there, you can work with Duy when questions arise.
