In actuality, even more than the promised 2 inches of topsoil was removed, hauled off, and replaced with wood mulch. It looks beautiful now and transforms the whole backyard.
In addition, we discovered later that although one of the side yards was not included in the project, the weeds that had been there were gone as well. Mr. Lee is quite the businessman—he gave suggestions for another project that our yard could use. It was a good idea and if we ever have the urge to tackle this hidden area, we would not hesitate to call on him again.”
